Employee Assistance Program

We all have a ruff day now and then. When the going gets tough, turn to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is paid for by Petco and provides up to five 50-minute confidential counseling sessions and referrals.

EAP services are provided by ComPsych/Guidance Resources and include assistance with emotional problems, stress, relationship issues, drug or alcohol dependency, legal or financial concerns and more.

Wellness Incentive

Complete the wellness incentive and feel good all over. If you are enrolled in a Petco medical plan, you can earn a $100 to $400 wellness incentive contributed to your Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) when you (or you and your spouse or domestic partner) complete the UHC online health assessment and two online healthy living programs.

To participate, log in to myuhc.com. Click on the Health Assessment link to take the health assessment. To take a healthy living program, click on the Health & Wellness link at the top of the page then select a program under the I Do Next Steps column.
